This workshop will be hosted live at Teri's private practice in Scituate, MA on Saturday, November 10, from 11:00a - 12:30p. During this workshop, Teri will dive deeply into the discussion around preparing for the upcoming holiday season, setting appropriate boundaries, being prepared for the unexpected and changing patterns that don’t serve us very well.
